Requirements
All Inspectors: Use of compliant paperwork (e.g., aligned with AS Standards or insurer-approved systems).
Building Inspector: Licensed Builder or Certifica
te IV in Construction or equivalent, 2+ years conducting building inspections, 5+ years in construction industry, Must comply with AS 4349.1 and best practice standards.
Pest Inspector: Units 8 & 10 (CPPPMT3008 & CPPPMT3010 or current equivalents), Experience in timber pest inspections (assessed on application), Must comply with AS 4349.3 or AEPMA Code of Conduct and best practice procedures.
