Aviso Specialty today announced the appointment of Josh Roach as CEO and Paul Marsden as Executive Director of Broking.
Based in Sydney, Josh Roach and Paul Marsden are both former Pacific region CEOs of major international brokers, reflecting an ongoing convergence of industry leaders choosing to join Aviso Specialty.
Mr. Roach will continue executing and build on the strategic vision established by Travis Kemp, who has transitioned from CEO to Executive Chairman.
Mr. Roach will focus on scaling the business by deepening client relationships, investing in exceptional talent, and strengthening insurer collaboration – building on Aviso Specialty’s client-led model.
Mr. Kemp’s transition to Executive Chairman ensures continuity of leadership and the strategic direction that has guided Aviso Specialty from the beginning.
Mr. Marsden joins the Aviso Specialty Board as Executive Director of Broking, providing oversight to further strengthen our high-performing broking teams and support continued growth.
Mr. Kemp said attracting leaders of Mr. Roach and Mr. Marsden’s calibre reflects the confidence experienced executives have in the direction and potential of Aviso Specialty.
